      image Hotel would have felt safer if it wasn't in the middle of industrial area and a homeless "camp" behind it. Young man at desk never answered the question we asked and never smiled which language barrier aside, everyone know how to smile. Room shower head was not the best and couldnt be set so you could stand under it and the water backed up in the tub while you showered.

      image This place is disgusting, even worse is the dishonest staff. I did not stay here due to the condition of the room. What is the mysterious brown stuff on the shower walls? Stains in carpet. I filed a dispute with my card company and the staff lied, I did not stay there and they say the booking was used. This is false. Do not waste your time or money. Shady!

      image If I could go below 1 star I would. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT stay at this location. I have never in my life experienced worse front desk staff. They are rude, ignorant and the farthest from hospitable possible. The hotel canceled our reservation (MULTIPLE reservations with many upset) and overbooked. They provided NO resolution and just kept stating it wasnt their fault. We made a reservation SIX MONTHS prior and even when on the phone with IGH stating they had my reservation, they continued to speak from a posture of complete disrespect. To top things off, THEY STILL CHARGED ME for the nights and are giving major complications with refunding me and addressing this issue! I have stayed at multiple hotels and never have I experienced a worse one than this. They need to restaff this location immediately.
