This hospital is awesome. Ive gone there a number of times to the emergency department. Im rather accident prone and theyve taken care of me with respect care and thoroughness each time. They treat me like a real person and dont rush me through the system. I feel like they really care about my well-being. Its always clean, and no matter how busy they are I feel like they treat each person a valued human. I would highly recommend them. I trust them with my life.

Worst hospital ever. Not just horrible wait times but no sense of urgency, regardless of pain level and apathetic attitude. 3.5 hrs in an empty waiting to be put in an internal waiting room. I left and went to Medical City where I was treated promptly. I cant wait to read, Im so sorry to hear about this. I agreeyoure pretty sorry, alright. Im done with these people.

I'm giving them one star due to their background process. I interviewed for a clinical lab assistant position at the end of Feb 28, 2024. The ladies I interviewed with were great. They offered me the position same day. Shortly after I received a multitude of emails with several tasks to complete prior to my start date of March 25th. Yesterday March 14th, I received a call stating that they rescinded the job offer. I was totally confused as I had just made an appointment for my post offer employee screening. The reason they rescinded? My high school diploma. They stated that the school was not an accredited school. Now, this is something new to me as I graduated 20 years ago! I have been handing out the same diploma for every single job for 20 years and have never had any problems. As a matter of fact I worked for the government twice and they didn't have any issues with my diploma. My high school diploma did not teach me how to draw blood. It was suggested to me that I go get my GED and re-apply. No thank you. You had an extremely experienced healthcare worker. Now, due to what I feel is absurd, this location is still short staffed and I'm still unemployed.

Took the best care of me and explained everything that was going on. The whole staff was so friendly and nice. Nurses and constantly asking if I need anything. Saw the doctor and the specialist several times a day and they explained.
