Illegal and misleading junk mail practices. This "business" forces potential customers to open their junk mail by omitting their name and address from the outside of the envelope and marking the mail as "time-sensitive information." Without checking the NDNMR first. Using illegal and terroristic tactics for advertising is immoral and should be outlawed. Three of their four other reviewers have only this one review. Pad much?? I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to fraudulent and misleading business practices, and demand transparency in any business relationship from the start. You should, too.

Brian with Planner's Insurance did an awesome job shopping my insurance for me to get me the best rate! I connected with Brian through a veteran networking group and I'm glad I did. My favorite part of working with him is that he takes his time to explain things and is very thorough. I also prefer to have a local point of contact rather than a call center if I need help or have questions. Have him shop your insurance with multiple carriers so you can save money without sacrificing coverage. Highly Recommend!

Working with Shannon Burl to get our new Homeowners and Auto policy was a breeze. She is extremely responsive and detail oriented. Not only did she carefully consider my concerns and frustrations regarding my previous policy, but also took time to ask questions and assess our needs in order to provide a product that fit our family. She is genuinely customer focused and definitely not out for a 'canned' sale. Shannon drove from north of Round Rock, TX to San Antonio.TX to assist our faculty and staff with insurance quotes for auto, home, and renters. She spent the entire day giving us her undivided attention, and reported back to us with promising results. She gave me valuable information that would lower premiums and still have outstanding coverage for my auto and renters insurance. I first contacted my agent Brian T. through a veterans fb group. Figured I could give a fellow service member some business and see if he could really save me money like he boasted. He was right. Found me a cheaper rate with an actual national company (Progressive) and not only that... I’m his client. They’re YOUR agents. When you have issues or questions or need to change something on your plan, you get to call a PERSON that you’ve been associating with. Not just a random person who does the same thing for hundreds of different people every day for an hourly wage. Your agent has your back and he’s been there for me since the beginning. I love it. You’re not just getting a good insurance rate, you’re getting a service.... and you can’t beat that. I only gave 5 stars because I can’t give 10. Highly recommended.
