Harrison Engineering Llc

After an attempted scam by a different company, I found Harrison Engineering. This was an awesome experience! I paid for expedited service thinking it would be within a few days. I literally got a call within ten minutes, the inspection was within two hours and I had the initial report that evening. The engineer coached me through his recommendations and was very quick to respond to each question. I made the necessary changes and called for a reinspection. The inspection was that day and I had the final report the next morning. This was an amazing experience in an otherwise stressful situation. Selling a house is a lot but Harrison made the this part of the process very smooth. Thank you!!!

Do not use this company. Bad reviews for a reason. Charged my card for a job they weren't hired to do and refuse to refund. In my opinion and experience they lie, scam and cheat. This company cannot be trusted and they have zero respect for their customers or potential customers.

As a Loan Officer, I have had more than one file that required an engineering report and we use Harrison Engineering. We ran into challenges along the way(no fault of Harrison Engineering) and their team(I have worked with Michaela and Magan specifically) went above and beyond to make everything come together. I was incredibly impressed with their willingness to roll up their sleeves and get in to middle to help. Be it calling/working with the client directly, or being able to reach by phone to answer my questions, I have been very pleased working with the Harrison Engineering Team!

I think they must have fixed a lot of the issues they were having in the past listed here. I had virtually no problems and did what they asked. They explained why they asked for the things they asked for and it all made sense. Customer service was very kind, helpful, and responsive. All around good experience.

Did an extremely poor job of explaining & providing supporting photos for an inspection of foundation for a real estate deal, causing delays and added unnecessary expenses to seller.
