These guys don't pay their bills. They are dangerously close to having builder's liens placed on a number of their projects. They double speak and they lie. They are NOT professional, NOT responsive, and NOT on time.

Well, if you want a company that'll work all hours, this is them. Unfortunately that also means that your neighbors will get to enjoy having portable construction lights pointed at their house all hours of the night, and get to enjoy the sounds of construction and concrete pouring. They're constructing a home in front of me and pointed their lights directly at my home at eleven thirty on a week night, after another neighbor had complained about the lights facing their house. Why they couldn't do this during the day is beyond me, as well as why they had to remain there until past one in the morning. Definitely not the construction company to use if you want to start off well with the surrounding neighborhood. Edit 1/28/23 Well, my experience has only decreased with this company. While they were excavating dirt for the neighboring house (which is a 2.5 acre lot, far from my own), they crossed the property line and dug from around my pear and crepe myrtle trees, possibly causing damage to the root systems, as well as ripping up my irrigation system that waters these trees. I have called numerous times and have yet to get anyone out here to fix it. I just keep getting assurances from the project manager that someone will be out there soon. I have also removed trash from my driveway three times that they have allowed to blow from their site into my yard. So far, living behind this construction site has been horrendous, the other contractors who have built near me have not been nearly as disrespectful or disruptive as this company has been. Would 100% never recommend to anyone wanting to build near other people. Edit 5/17/23 Even after talking to the owner Corey 3 months ago, my property damage has yet to be fixed after he assured me it would be. Definitely not a company to trust. Edit 7/23/23 After leaving my last review, we fixed the property damage ourselves. Trinity reached out a week after we fixed it, and then told the owners that they fixed it. The canned response and apology is worthless when after a year of dealing with them nothing ever actually gets fixed or improves.
