        I love F45!! The trainers are so helpful and really push you to be at your best at West 7th! I was never motivated enough to go to the gym until i found F45. The workouts are challenging but fun! So glad i joined

        Great atmosphere and challenging workouts to continue to push your limits. The environment is better than any box gym Ive ever been to. They welcome each member like we are part of one big family and there are many events where we get together and just hang out. Ive made a lot of great friends here and will be a member as long as Im in Fort Worth.

        F45 is the BEST gym and I've tried and Ive tried them all! I love how much it challenges you but its easy to stay consistent with the classes. All the coaches are so motivating, encouraging, and make working out FUN! You have to join!!
