Skeptical at first because Id only ever lifted weights by myself/ never done group classes, but I love F45. Its always an intense workout, and you can modify if you need to which is nice if you arent feeling it. Its nice to show up and not have to think about a workout, you just follow the instructions in front of you; plus, youre done in only 45 minutes so the workouts are very efficient. The trainers are real nice and personable but not in your face/annoying. Planning on doing F45 for a long time, love it

F45 gives you not only an amazing workout but also a fun and energetic environment! The coaches are kind and encouraging. Its the best way to start the day!

I train here about once or twice a week using ClassPass, and I've really enjoyed every single workout. The workouts are hard but I love the variation and I always leave feeling like I got a really good sweat in. There's a lot of different types of classes suited to everyone, and the facilities are always super clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
