Top of the Gutter

First off, I contacted about 8 gutter companies doing the same thing everyone else did - using google. Only 3 got back to me in a timely fashion, and Top of the Gutter was the most timely and courteous. I'm happy to share my experience for everyone else. Chris, Eric, and team are the real deal. I am no handyman by any stretch of the imagination and I moved to a new neighborhood. Chris came by and we talked about all the things he could see wrong with my neighbors' gutters. He proved his experience and his trustworthiness in half an hour. Easy to talk to, price was great, job was done in less that 2 hours and not even a week after my estimate. The team is professional and provides a warranty. No complaints! I cannot recommend Top of the Gutter enough.

Chris is phenomenal!!!! If I could give a review of 1,000 stars I certainly would !!! Very kind gentleman, easy to work with and explains everything in complete depth. Showing you different materials examples etc. He had his guys out here in a few day after the bid was given. Received multiple bids and although he may not of been the least expensive but not most expensive his craftsmanship and integrity says it all and worth a million bucks!!! Will earn my business anyday and will deff refer him to others. What a wonderful experience and am Glad I got to work with such a kind hearted gentleman.

*Gutters*. Personally, finding professional services within the metroplex feels like rolling the dice at times due to the high volume of contractors and businesses. I am grateful that I was able to find this company and work with Mr. DiBiccari when it came to needing gutters on my home. He was extremely accommodating, responsive, and thorough, with old school values and work ethic. He was able to explain to me in simple, understandable terms the quality of the product and his services including the product (20 yrs) and workmanship (5yrs) warranties. His communication style within his sales pitch was direct, informative, and genuine. He was also personable which I found to be authentic and refreshing. His team completed the gutter installation in an efficient and timely manner. The agreed upon price was far better than any other quote for the quality and value provided. This was especially noteworthy as many businesses have been inflating the prices of services and products in this economy. I certainly felt as though my business was valued and also found that this company truly values those in the uniformed services. I have already referred and recommended this company to others that I work with. I would highly recommend reaching out to receive a quote.

It was a pleasure working with Chris. He is an extremely kind person and clearly values delivering quality service to his customers. Speaking with Chris about the job was like speaking to my father in the sense that hard work, honesty, dedication, quality and commitment are never compromised. Great work, great service and great person.
