Whats the point of this store? One person just sitting in there with barely any lights on. Nothing stocked. Nothing to be offered but souvenirs. Nothing edible at this edible arrangements store. Dont waste your time coming in person.

I shouldve checked the reviews before purchasing but I was in a hurry ! As if its not already an inconvenience that they dont have a specific time for deliveries , I had to send someone because I wouldnt be at the business after 4pm! She goes to the place , a girl is alone with absolutely no care or clue as to whats going on then the manager calls me back telling bc clearly there was a misunderstanding and the bundle I purchased , they didnt even have the balloon so Im awaiting a phantom refund and was just spoken to very poorly ! Youre handling someones special day, it doesnt matter your frustration! They literally ruined the entire birthday scavenger hunt and have no care in the world ! No free compensation to say hey were sorry, lets Marie this a little better ! Nothing ! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this location! I shop with Edible Arrangements sending things all over the US and have never been treated so poorly ! The stars speak for themselves , Ill pay more attention since clearly thats my problem because they felt the need to try to break things down like a 5 yr old when STILL all of my things arent as I ordered !

Edible arrangements on Overton ridge was so nice my order went to another store and probably wouldn't have gotten it for a few days and they hooked me up was so nice thank yall.
