Found this local business online. Thrilled to support them! I emailed with my original thoughts after checking out the website. The email exchange was extremely helpful and detailed. My goal was a small placard in memory of a church member that had passed on Thanksgiving. It was probably 4 to 5 days later that I showed up at the store and the staff member - a very sweet lady whose name I did not catch - remembered me and what I wanted. She asked if I had 10 minutes and helped me right on the spot. Price is a bargain also. I love Fort Worth and our small businesses.

I had a special order for the artist at Trophy Arts, and they came thru in flying colors. It took a while, but the impossible takes a bit longer. So in loving memory of Cheri Conner, Thank you for an order well executed!

A wonderful group of people with great service. I needed a trophy same day and they helped me without hesitation. I was looking for a small trophy for a spelling bee and they just happened to have a canceled order on a very large spelling bee trophy. They offered half price since the trophy was already completed and they would switch out the engraving plates. They were willing to create a new trophy if that would not work for me though. They were extremely accomidating. With or without the trophy at half price, their prices were much lower than I expected. All around a great place to do business with.

Great quality, professional, and puts the customer first. I had a meeting where I needed to present awards, and they made it happen with a very quick turnaround. I cannot say anything but great things about Ms. Marcy, and the rest of the awesome staff at Trophy Arts Inc.!
