coaster owner, this is feedback for you! We buy a lot of products from you. But what we have noticed for a long time is this, we shared the situation with the sales manager. You are selling in companies such as Wallmart, Amazon, bedbathandbeyond, at almost the same price as the wholesale price, and you are leaving your dealers in a difficult situation in front of the customers. I recommend you to reconsider your business ethics. In fact, we noticed that you sometimes sell products on these platforms below the prices you gave us and we reported the situation to your sales representative. The pricing policy you apply to your dealers is not fair. If your pricing policy continues like this, your dealers will have problems with their customers.

i wish i could give them 0/5 stars but thats not an option. their customer service is about the worst ive ever had to deal with. several employees dont speak english making it very difficult to communicate. they are very slow and seem unmotivated to help. most of our product is damaged before we even get it. if you need furniture i suggest elements 5/5 stars. elements is friendly, fast, and helpful.everything coaster isnt.
