Don't be fooled, most everything they sell is imported junk.  No better than Rooms to Go or other run of the mill furniture stores.  Their prices are a rip off for the quality of furniture and their customer service is no better (maybe worse) than Walmart.

Furniture does not hold up and then warranty is denied. Even the rep that was originally sent to our house told us the fabric was installed wrong. They would not replace it - said it was normal wear and tear. Not hardly. 7k couch lasted less than 2 years. Dont make the same mistake.

They are eager to sell something, but not so much on follow up and making phone calls and keeping you in the loop on the order. I like the bench that we got for the end of the bed, but next time I'll find another place to go. It's important to treat somebody well after the sale just like you do when you want the sale. Someone needs to teach them that!! I wouldn't go back.

Beyond disappointed! Selection is horrible, sales staff are beyond snooty. This was a total waste of our time. Never going back. Haverty's is Way better!! They just dis not care to help people there.
