Richie is excellent to work with! Timely, communicative, and puts the customer first. Sincerely tries to do his very best for the customer: quickness of installation, price, and answering any questions.

The absolute most Incompetent sales manager (owner) I have ever used. This is the second time we have tried to use this store both times have they have failed Richie Salazar was non responsive, he promised a finish date, Ended up being 10 days later. With no communication. Even promising to work over the weekend. Which in turn delayed our store opening. Personally, I felt after communicating with others this is how he sells projects. And is not respected by his installers and Colleagues. Even gave me a sob story about his health issues. Which I also learned was untrue.

Marty Harrison with Carpet One in Ft. Worth was a life saver throughout my new build process. With covid, snowmegedon, torrential rains, and all the other things that come up with building a how house she made sure the carpet and flooring part was taken care of. Any time I had an issue or question she was quick to respond and made sure we were taken care of. Cannot recommend her enough!
