        Customer service SUCKS! Drive thru people always rude and it NEVER FAILS they always mess up my order today tbey forgot my fries smh i didnt even go back cause it wasnt worth it i just wont go there again i knew better

        If you want your order messed up & get a dry chicken sandwich, this is the place! Learn to speak Spanish, because if you ask for sauce you'll get salt. Ordered a chicken sandwich & got fish! Have been there 3 times and our order was screwed up TWICE!

        they have worst customer service ever. never coming back to this popeyes again. this is the second time they messed up my order and treated me terrible because i brought the chicken back and asked for a refund.
