Champions Center FSU

We decided to go to Chick Fil A for dinner. The drive through was full as it usually is so we decided to stay and eat at the restaurant. There werent too many cars in the parking spots. The restaurant was busy but mostly little kids wanting to trade their toys for ice cream. We walked right up to the counter and ordered. It was disappointing to not be able to find a clean table or an open one. When I asked an employee if someone was sitting at a particular table that had trash on it. He said he thought so and suggested we eat outside. Apparently 30% of the lobby seats are still taken up by the to go order section that was created during Covid. So we went outside to eat only to find that all of the tables and chairs were wet due to the recent rains and there were bird feces on most of the tables. If youre going to eliminate part of your lobby and force customers to eat outside, at least have the courtesy to clean them. I doubt we will go back to this restaurant for fear of a repeat.

Tried the new chicken since the change yesterday and honestly.. it tasted gross!! Please change back but until then, not eating here anymore. Chicken not the same

I love the run and have had many experience, but the one at this restaurant is on the top level kudos to the manager
