Its unfortunate that every time we come here, the employees always tell us there is something wrong with their system or they are closed. I looked up the time before closing and we still had an hour and a half left before it would be closed. If the system isnt working, the store should be closed. Im guessing its the employee not wanting to take any orders. If they cant take orders why are the just hanging out in the store getting paid. Employee stated she was alone. Where is the manager? I dont want to be a Karen but this is not how you try to run a fast restaurant.

Very disappointing service. We placed an online order went to pick it up and waited 20 additional minutes after the original time. I was not acknowledged by anyone working. After the 20 minutes I had to get an employees attention and ask if they have at least started on my order. The answer was no. I proceed with canceling my order I will never go back to this location. Unfortunately I have to rate it a one if zero was available thats what it would be

Closed dine in early. Long drive thru line. Staff did not care, ignored the person in front of me. Was stuck in line over 20 minutes! Terrible customer service!

Employees say that the dining room is closed due to staffing. 3 people in the kitchen, 1 at the drive thru and 1 leaning on the glass at the drive thru. Seems like it's just lazy workers. I won't be back.
