Im not one to be problematic or do these type of posts but yesterday was such a special day for me that this was just not something I wanted to happen. Unfortunately, I was not so happy about renting this venue. I was so excited to celebrate my graduation party. I booked this venue from 1pm -12am. I showed up at 1pm and the owner did not open doors till 1:50pm I was very disappointed she mentioned I was no booked from that time but I already had paid off the venue since April. I paid extra in order for my people to have time to set up before my party started and nothing was rushed, but everything went wrong I had my invites show up and they were still setting up. unfortunately the venue was not cleaned and the decorations were not set up. At this point it was around 2pm and my party was going to start @4. She went ahead and argued about the decor I paid for and she was limiting to decor I did not want or asked for. I figured since she was late and the venue was not 100% ready she would offer me her best service. There was still decorations from previous party up and trash was all over the place. I am not one to bash local businesses but I was disappointed to know I could not depend on this owner to offer me her best service, she had an attitude when speaking to me as if it was my fault she was late. I did not care about the money but she clearly took it and still did not meet standards I found this unprofessional, belittling and was just very disappointed ! The venue itself is nice but the management is horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

My experience with Partylicious was amazing. All I did was give Miss Tillery the colors for the event and she made it happen. It was just what I wanted and didn't even know I wanted for my son's and his fiancee's couple's shower. There were so many compliments on your work and the space. I will definitely use and recommend your services in the future.
