In 2020, I was looking for an attorney to help my father update his will and estate plan. Not familiar with attorneys in the area, I selected Michelle after coming across her website, and the fact that she and my father both attended Texas A&M. My search was over. I thought she and my dad would be a good match. She made the whole process a wonderful and very informative experience. I was so impressed with her knowledge, guidance, professionalism, and her kind, patient personality. Her incredible knowledge of Texas estate law, as well as her ability to explain and educate us in the nuances of estate planning versus probate enabled my fathers heirs to seamlessly transition his estate to his designated beneficiaries without going through probate. This month, 3 years later, I found myself in need of a refresher course on one of the documents (Revocable Transfer on Death Deed for his house). Again, this many years later, she graciously guided me through everything and answered all my questions. It is the nicest feeling to trust someone so much. She is so easy to talk to and she genuinely cares about her clients and only wants the process to go smoothly for them. Michelle provides valuable advice and direction. She is truly someone you can rely on. She is the most kind, personable, and highly qualified person that you can trust with the complicated process of establishing a will and estate planning. My wife and I had Michelle Simpson write our Will. Michelle was very thorough, patient, and accommodating with us. After we received our will we noticed a typo, and we wanted to to make a change. Michelle graciously made the corrections and additions, at no extra cost, and did it as we waited.
