I have called , emailed , reaching someone over internet and guess what nothing my son turn 13 on the 29th of October and all he wanted was this gun! I did my reviews on it and everything checked out it was decent quality gun and fairly easy to fix. We have been paint balling for over 5 years now faithfully. And I have repaired my share but also simple fixes. Well the gun was amazing for its first run on woods/speedball fields locally my sons confidence went from 5 to 10 and won the game for us multiple times well I get home we clean after every game lube,cleaning, wiping down etc we'll I purchased this gun in sept never shot it waited for my sons bday oct 29th well it doesnt shoot at all now. So disappointing. its now January and my poor kid is without a gun and dads out of $500 bucks all because you wont answer the phone and make this right why this is the one thing that makes him happy during this pandemic and his joy is gone we purchase this brand new no local dealers want to touch it for simple fact they dont want to void a warranty. Please call help email reach out something to get this correct I own a tippmans, spyders, planet eclipse egos ,and gs just help please
