I have been going to this cleaners for several years and have never had any issues. Great prices with great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! they RUINED a very expensive blouse! I did not even get to wear!! The owner (which does not keep her word) Did pay me what I paid for the blouse. I did not charge her the tax and the price I got was at a discount I did not charge her the full retail price either. So I am thinking great I will get another. Well turns out I can't (no where!!) So I go back and ask for the blouse she said "Give me back money" I said NO, she said I paid you for it! I said you paid me because you damaged it. She said she has to keep for proof. I am like proof to who??? So I ask to please look and see if she can find another, I would gladly order it, Well it turns out there is a similar blouse same pattern and color just different style. Well this blouse is at regular retail price like $30 more, she says get that blouse and have alterations made to it and it will be like this one, I said ok will you pay me the difference she said YES! but would not pay for the alterations (maybe an additional 60-75 dollars more give or take) She said NO! So here I am with nothing basically. And she mentioned that she had a NEW person working and he was not experienced enough on the machine that ruined my blouse! Then her wanna be assistant Daughter, says we cant give you the blouse. The MOM made an agreement that if I did not find another blouse she Would give me the blouse back, SOOO maybe a seamstress could try something to look somewhat better! BUT GUESS what then she (the owner) said well NO I can't do that SO SHE NEVER INTENDED TO GIVE IT BACK like she promised. LIAR. I try to support small business and especially Hispanic ones because we should help each other prosper. BUT THIS BUSINESS " NO BUENO" If she has new people train them until they are experienced enough to do the job at a level of quality. NO BUENO NO BUENO. AND LIARS ON TOP OF THAT!!!!!! FYI: my significant other decided to try this place, I did NOT TAKE my clothes there
