I've put up with the cigarette smell and very grumpy elderly lady that is there for a long time but this last issue has earned this review. I took my jacket, letterman style, in to be dry cleaned and even verified with them it was "dry clean only." When my wife went to pick up, it was with a group of items we had dry cleaned so she didn't notice until giving back to me that the leather sleeves were completely destroyed. Not only did they ruin the jacket, they didn't mention anything at all to my wife. Then when I went back to ask about it, the old rude lady stared at me and said "what?" I was completely calm because I assumed that they would take care of it somehow seeing as though they have been in business some 30 years. I then asked "well, what happened and curious of why someone didn't say anything about the ruined jacket." She then tried to tell me that one of the sleeves had a tear in it. It didn't, but I asked how that's even relevant because BOTH arms where shredded to pieces. Nothing, no answer, just staring at me. Then I asked is there some like a reimbursement for this or??? She gave me the owners number for the other location they have. After leaving a three messages over 3 weeks I finally got him on my fourth try. Tell him the story and he says "yeah, I did that jacket and not sure what happened because it says dry clean but that solution wrecked the arms of the jacket." After a few seconds of silence I politely asked if there was something he does when this happens and he tells me "no, because this was not my fault as I've used that solution many times and the tag does say it should work." I, in disbelief, calmly tried to state that so I took a jacket that was perfect to you, you gave it back to me ruined and you won't do anything at all? Not even pay me half of what the jacket cost me, ANYTHING just to show some semblance of customer service?" He then adds more to the conversation saying "well, you must have left it out in the sun for a long time or it's really old, that's not my fault." "No, it's only a few years old and it's never been left out in the sun," I replied. I then said "look, we've been customers for over 10 years and I have to tell you, I was just looking for some kind of effort or anything just because the only person who is adversely affected is me who is now out a coat. Not only are you telling me you won't do anything, not a single apology then add how rude yall have been all while I have had to chase you down to even talk about it..." Then I even let him know that" customer service is a huge deal with me (as it should be with everyone) and I'm not asking for anything special but my experience here has been a bad one, I have to let you know I will be leaving a review of this to warn others of exactly what happened. I won't lie, and I'm not angry, just sad to see that you'd rather lose my business completely, allow for me to write a negative review (which I absolutely hate doing) and risk affecting future customers who see the truth about this incident to not go $30 (half of what I paid for the perfectly good jacket I brought in)." Lastly, I even asked " well, are at least willing to reimburse me the cost you charged me to have it cleaned(yes, he still charged us)?" His reply was just "no!" then he hung up on me.

After Kite's Cleaners lost a pair of my wool pants(they said they must have given them to the wrong customer), I did an online search and found Adrian's. Big mistake. I took an expensive pair of linen pants in to be cleaned and pressed. Of course, I didn't look at them until I arrived home. There was a huge, greasy oil stain on the front of my pants!! I took them back and the lady didn't even apologize, or offer a refund for the overpriced cleaning. She said no problem, they have a stain master who can get anything out. Guess what? The stain is still there, and whatever they used to try to remove it ruined the fabric. They feel like a thin piece of cardboard. I am very upset, and still looking for a reasonably priced dry cleaner who knows what they are doing and has respect for their customer's expensive clothing.

Hello everyone, I went to try this place out for the first time since I am semi new to the area and I experienced GREAT DISRESPECT... I took 4 suits to them for dry cleaning. I asked for the price and and the lady at the front began to up charge me on 2 regular garments and the bill came out to $80. I asked why was that so expensive? She mentioned because of your buttons, no other explanation.. She asks, do you want to take them somewhere else? I responded, yes maam Id like to because I dont agree with the extra charges. As I take my clothes, shes says to me, SORRY YOU COUDNT AFFORD THE COST I immediately told her, maam I can afford it, but this price is unacceptable I drive to Comet cleaners down the street with all garments and Im charged only $61 Friends and customers, take your business somewhere else. Complete racism and disrespect towards me was shown today! Date: 6/24/22
