    Im new to the area and have been trying to establish a good dry cleaners. Martinizing won me over from the start. I simply called to inquire about pricing and the girl who answered the phone was beyond helpful! I took my item in and they were so kind. Their work was quick! I had my item back within 48 hours. The man who helped me checkout also had amazing customer service! Im hoping this wasnt just a show because I was a new customer, but with how genuine everyone was, I definitely see myself using Martinizing for a long time!

    4/6/2024: Please do not patronize this place. I specifically came into this establishment to get three items repaired that were ripped. Apparently, they charge an additional charge for cleaning the items, whether or not you request the cleaning or not. I was told by the manager over the phone that in order for your order to not be cleaned, you would have to state this prior to drop off. Here's the catch though, I DID tell them I didn't want that service! I left the clothes for a few months due to work and was initially told it would around $30, as well as when I was called for a follow-up pick up, but when I came to pick them up, I was told the total was right under $50! What a scam and bait and switch tactic! The young lady working at the location called the manager over the phone to rectify the issue, only to be more confused than before. They couldn't figure out why the totals changed. She then mentioned that it was a complimentary service... how is it complimentary of it isn't free??? It finally got to the point where she had to call the owner, Eric, and he was so rude and tried to justify the pricing in the computer when they had printouts of each item price attached to all three garments. After going back and forth with him, he finally caved and charged me the original confirmed price of $32 and some change, but he was NOT happy. Though I love to support business owners, the way to keep people coming back is by being honest and fair. He refused to take accountability and put it back to the excuse that his staff just started working there. I hope that this location does better in the future, but I will not be coming back. 4/8/2024 Update: Eric, if you want to respond to customer, at least be completely honest. You were argumentative and you did have an employee that did appear to be on drugs. Everything that I mentioned above is truthful, and you are upset because you got called out for trying to scam me over the phone. While I did leave your establishment unhappy, you need to learn how to humble yourself enough to know that a business owner can make mistakes, even with 20 years in the business. Not once did I yell or scream at you, even though you were blatantly lying over the phone. You raised your voice, so I simply matched your energy. Your employee even agreed that the totals didn't make sense, and it shouldn't have come to an entire 30 minute ordeal to get it right. I was told twice (in person and over the phone) that my total was what is shown on the receipts as shown and you tried to get $20 more from me. I know times are tough, but to stoop to the level of dishonesty to get it is egregious. Instead of praying for me, you need to pray for yourself and look in the mirror before you try to make me look bad on a public forum. Have a good day!

Rantanya,After our interaction Saturday and watching (and listening) to the video of your visit to our store I simply prayed for you. Whatever is causing you such discomfort and trials in your life I truly pray it passes and you find peace. I have been in this business for over 20 years and have thoroughly enjoyed making our clients happy and satisfied with our services, your actions and manner in our Oakmont location Saturday will not change that. Yelling, screaming, calling employee's "crackheads" and other horrible things is just unacceptable and we will certainly agree that you should certainly find another business for your needs. It is near impossible to try to help a client when you cannot speak with them in a normal manner and have an actual conversation without being verbally accosted and constantly interrupted. Again, I pray that whatever is causing you such displeasure passes.
