The staff is very rude, I came here with my grandmother and they started making fun of her. She didn't want to apply the discounts on the coupon, nor the discount for senior citizens. Very very very bad tomorrow I'm going to go talk to the manager

Betty (manager) is very impersonal and lacks customer service skills. When I said jeez after asking her to check first if she was going to take a certain type of identification to make a Chime deposit, she mocked me and repeated oh jeez repeating my words. I asked for the manager, she said she was in charge. Then refused to take my federal identification after saying she didnt need the attitude. Unbelievable how a person who lacks basic customer service skills can be placed in that position.

I've been using Walgreen's for filling prescriptions for years. They are always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using them. They are also great if you want to pick up a few items.

The manager is very rude. She comes outside and takes pictures of me and my car. She charged me a fee to add money to a card that had never been charged any other time. When I said something she said I was rude. She tried to cause problems at my job. I do not go in that store because of the bad customer service. I have family that goes in there and when the older Hispanic lady sees my car, she comes outside and takes pictures. Creepy and should really be taken care of.
