    I have been coming here for YEARS, since 2017/8. It wasnt until this week March 2024 someone (Sandy) called me the day of my appointment to tell me i needed a referral because of insurance. I asked why, Ive had one before and havent had to have one again and she said it was because of my insurance and Im only allowed so many a year. Which I understand. However, I DO NOT understand why I was told the day of when 6 days prior I filled out the patient portal information WITH current insurance. How and why was this not caught last week?? Then to tell Sandy I dont get why Im being told the day of. I hang up. Theres nothing more to say. She calls me back and says do not hang up on her shes just covering for someone and asked if Id like to reschedule. I said no thanks and she hangs up on me?? VERY unprofessional. I call back and she continues to send me to voicemail/automated response. Gross how you treat patients!!! Very disappointed in CNSs choice of coverage.

    When I called to see if they were in network with my insurance company and was assured that they were. When I received my statement of benefits from Humana it stated they were out of network. I called back and they insisted that they were. Long story short they hadnt updated their paperwork with Humana. I was told they would accept what Humana paid would be payment in full. Then I received a notice from a collection agency. I called and was assured once again that I would not be responsible for the difference. Today I received a message saying I needed to pay even though they made the error. a DONT go there.
