They are constantly getting my prescriptions called in incorrectly. Then, it's takes a miracle to get them corrected. The front staff is rude and has absolutely no idea what is going on. I have never been to a doctor's office, so poorly run. I never can get an appointment when I am sick. Pick another doctor. You'll be much happier.

We have received excellent care from the staff at Texas Family Medicine.

Dr. Brown is a caring person and helps me review medications on a regular basis. I seldom have seldom have to wait over15 minutes.

I am very disappointed and should have found someone else. I like Dr Brown but the hours make it hard to schedule an appt. Then when I get an appt., I am told to check in from the parking lot and wait in the car for an available room. I understand that. Well 10 min later of voicemails (I am trying to check in), about them being busy and cant pick up the phone- call back or dial 911 for an emergency. I am just trying to check in like I was told to do. I finally walk into the hospital to call and check in again, only to be told I have to reschedule because I am late. There needs to be a better way instead of waiting for someone to pick up the phone when you are checking in.
