very friendly and professional, answered every question i had and made me feel super comfortable, highly recommend, only downside is ( at least for me ) a little pricey but definitely worth it. would highly recommend.

Do not expect to be fully satisfied when it comes to a growth such as mine on the roof of my mouth. Was under the impression that once the culture comes back we can go forward with how to remove it or at very least decrease its size. $600 out of my pocket that insurance didnt cover and only to be told two weeks later after the incision healed . That welp basically since its not cancerous, thats all we are going to do for you. I already knew that it wasnt cancerous because another oral surgeon checked that 28 years ago so the entire thing was a waste of time, pain, and money. Was very pleased with the place, doing X-rays, pain free localized anesthetic to get culture procedure done. To only be disappointed with in my opinion of being mislead. Its very important to be transparent with a customer or a patient in this matter. I should have been told from the start that if the culture comes back as noncancerous or threatening then thats as far as we going. I would have respected that more with knowing that possibility from the very start.

Receptionist was unable to explain reason for previously quoted cost difference. If the cost is different the receptionist should have the basic understanding of explaining the difference to prevent further delay or inconveniences. Otherwise, nice clean and polished office space. My daughter is not done with surgery so I can not speak to that particular part as of yet but, so far so good.

Everyone was super friendly. It was our first time having a surgery and they made sure we were comfortable. The music was a nice touch.
