Heather White (Caffey) is very unprofessional, unprincipled and disrespectful. I asked her if she would remove the heater from my face as its full blast 80 degrees F. Not to mention it is a fire hazard while she has it plugged in with all the other work related tools & against the temperature control for OSHA guidelines. She doesnt even apologize or says anything but its the body language she used to knock the heater off. I disregard the situation but now I feel purposely attacked as she has her whole hand/glove opening my mouth to drill off an attachment, she can see how uncomfortable I am and disregards my mouth full of saliva; Im trying to ask her if she would rinse it out and again her body language takes over & she jams the tool into her cart and says hold on? like I can help that I am already choking on my spit. At this point I want nothing to do with her & ask for someone else and she raises her voice saying: glady and loudly says because she doesnt know what my problem is? Still no apology and raising her voice telling me to go back to the lobby bc that is her chair: I get moved to someone else SHE IS STILL TALKING ABOUT ME in the other room and I can hear saying girl she pissed me off as the other orthodontist assistant witnesses her speaking and says they will speak with her about it. As she continues speaking about me and herself & someone else are laughing in another room about it. Ive been attending this facility for more than a year and never experienced this here or anywhere. She yells your name from the back of the building, never comes out to the lobby, very unfriendly and unwelcoming; bc its the not the first time she checks me in. Last time my visit was awful and I didnt say anything. Im paying for treatment/services and shouldnt have to encounter this type of behavior.

Ive been taking my daughter to mint orthodontist for the past year, Im very happy with the results and the progress in which shes making is great. Staff from the front desk, dentists and the assistant dentists are all always amazing to work with.
