Lost$150 from what I was told today - changes each time I call. What a scam ! Won't go back! Very hard to get anyone to say Ill get any money back at all at this point. One manager lied and said theyd overnight a check. Another said 10-14 days - what?! Horrible service Temple and Oklahoma stores have been absolutely no help!

Bought powered recliners there and after a couple of weeks they stopped working. Their warranty service is a joke, it has been 6 months since we reported the damaged, today they arrived and fixed one USB port, when the other two couches motors dont work. They told us that is the only thing they came to fix. After 6 months. Their furniture is trash and their service is trash. Dont buy there save yourself the headaches.
