        I got in n got loaded but I wasn't notified when trlr was ready to pull out. No red n green light on dock door to let me know I was done.

        It's like checking out at hobby lobby store. Very slow. Came 2 hrs before appointment and got told to come back at appointment. Just another location I must avoid here in fort worth area. Besides they are very slow at loading.

        My experience here was great. Sheila 2nd shift at shipping office made everything go smoothly as I waited for email confirmation to get loaded!

        There strict about the appointment time....but not about there loading time...for the most part the lady in receiving didn't give me attitude but she did make me stand there until she felt ready, oh and dont touch the glass or knock on it. It did though, have to be the cleanest looking and smelling warehouse I've ever seen.
