My manager ordered four cookies for my co worker. Time to pick up was at 5:30 pm I was the one to pick up the order being that I was done earlier from coming back from a funeral I was able to pick earlier. I called they agree to have the cookies ready when I arrived.Mind you we love Cookie Crumble and never! Never had we ever had problems. In the second order is what we were expecting from our favorite place to buy cookies. You can see in the second photo what our cookies looked like no bacon no maple syrup. The cookies looked unappetizing. Mind you I didn't check I had no reason too, they always do a great job. Not at this location My manager called and was told there was nothing that they can do no refund or not to remake the cookies, it because, I picked it up order early. Even though they agreed to have it done for us.  We will not order from this location ever again.

I went in for a cookie to celebrate 2 weeks on a strict diet. I got the sugar cookie. Got home and it was ice cold. Not warm, not room temperature but ice cold. To the point where I believe it was still partially frozen. It was horrible. 1 bite and I had to stop. Tried to scrape off some icing, it was my 2 week reward after all, but the icing was basically frozen too. Ruined my reward. I'll head to Nothing Bundt Cakes for my next reward. Oh and they were out of milk.
