This child care has multiple licensing deficiencies that include failure to report a situation placing a child at risk and failure to supervise. These records are public record and all parents should do their research. This causes me great concern. Reading their responses to these reviews causes me a little concern. Even if reviews are anonymous or disgruntled employees, it's not their review that causes me concern and I do understand that not everyone is the right fit for every school. It's the owners' combative and unprofessional responses to these reviews that causes me concern. Touring the facility and seeing the disorganization caused me great concern. Whether tours take place during naptime or lunch time, it should never appear disorganized or chaotic. It demonstrates a lack of knowledge, understanding, planning and compassion for the children. Any child care center that tours at any point should be tour ready always. At this point I feel I gave this school a fair shot but I will not risk the safety of my child by enrolling her here. Update: There is truly an issue however, I do not feel the need to give anyone the opportunity to cover their tracks. I chose not to enroll my child based on my experiences with your business. Instead of excuses and attempts to cover up issues, reviews should be used by businesses to improve themselves and should be used to protect consumers. I am doing my part to protect othe consumers from a disorganized and chaotic business that is owned/operated by someone who is combative and unprofessional. For this reason, my 1 star review will remain. Stating the truth in my experience at your business is not unkind. It's the truth. As I stated above there were 3 times I really tried to see the best in this child care however I was met with poor experiences, arguements and being called unkind. This is definitely not the best approach to handle negative reviews. Please look introspectively and evaluate your customers experience instead of lashing out to those who had the misfortune of having a bad experience from your business. To make it clear, I did not tour during nap and meal times but even if I had, chaos should never be "standard" as licensing requires that classrooms be under control at all times. If licensing is "understanding" of chaos then they are not doing their jobs in protecting the children. I see that others have been posting reviews specifically addressing the problems I saw but yet no one has made efforts to improve the customer experience. Probably not the most productive response. I worked in child care in college so i understand how bust a classroom can but but chaos should never be the norm. I am not judging the center based on anything I just saw on the tour. I am judging the center based on licensing deficiencies, reading the owners response to bad reviews AND what I saw on the tour.

The most caring group I've sent my children to. They communicate so well! Reasonably priced. I've experienced at least 5 different daycares before coming across this amazing group. I can't recommend them enough!

I chose this daycare for my girls due to the fact its a family owned daycare and the staff is so loving and caring.

My preschooler loves Kids Kingdom. I have nothing but great things to say. As to most recent review, I will say transition from lunch to nap is the most chaotic part of the day. But that is just a part of childcare. Those kids are taken care of well and loved by staff. You really cant judge a whole center off a quick moment you saw. I would recommend this center to others 100 percent! There is no better feelings than knowing your child enjoys going to daycare and thats what youll get if you enroll your child here. Update: I would like the other comment to come into a center and keep children tame all day. Licensing has been here many times and is understanding of lunch to nap transition. Parents arent concerned as they know their child is being taken care of. I would like to remind parents who enroll that this center is new. Things are recently getting all together well and Im confident with my child being in their care.
