        I am a Disabled Veteran and bank with them. Ms Betty is so rude it is unbelievable how she treated me when I went in to make a deposit. Sadly, she doesnt seem to have much respect for the banks customers..

        Navy federal has been amazing, but I dont understand why members have to go through an entire process on getting an account, loans etc. but a person who doesnt have an account can just walk in and cash their check at a bank that isnt theres. If members have to have certain qualifications to be members and use the bank, I believe people who arent members shouldnt be allowed to use the bank
