        I opened a new account and Franchesca helped me. Her customer service was wonderful. The best I have received in a very long time. She explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions and was very professional! The process was easy, and they have many perks. I believe I will be a happy customer!

        I was working with Kris Boiles, seems like a nice person on the phone when we spoke. Unfortunately he was not very responsive because he was "working in the sister office with limited access to phone and email." He failed to let me know that they do not do loans for remodels on new rental properties. I was denied because the project was not complete. Obviously if the loan is to renovate the property (owned and paid off) how would it be complete? Why would this company do an unnecessary hard credit pull to my credit if they don't fund projects that are not finished? I probably should have went with a company that works with small veteran owned businesses. Possibly good for car loans and ect. Would not recommend for small business loans.
