Had a great time! The young lady helping us was awesome and super friendly. We did the splatter room date night package. Highly recommended. Bringing the kids next time.

It could of been better. The staff was not at all helpful. No guidance and no support to complete the project. Even when we started the craft, no one made sure we understood the steps, had the materials... The only time staff approached us was when they wanted to go home!!!

Wife and I went for the Splatter Paint Date Night.   Despite the cost, it was a lot of fun.    Splatter paint, they put you in a room, you throw paint at a canvas and possibly each other, and you take a self painted canvas home as a memory.   That's the concept.    I'd read somewhere the individual price was $20 a person just to splatter paint.   I can't verify that, the website I visited had group rates.   The Date night package was $100.   Was it worth the cost?   If you use a cost to use ratio or or a cost to interaction ratio, no it's not really worth $100.   They website says they provide champagne and chocolates, as well as the option for 2 small canvases or one big one, plus the black light experience.  Ok.  Sounds cool.   We get there and the involvement from staff was limited.   Not really much interaction other than describing stuff.   They brought us plastic cups with about 2 fingers of Champaign and two chocolate covered pretzels, all in the common area where everyone else enters, exits, pays, and does crafts.   This wasn't the "date night" setting I expected for $100.   Now, when we did the paint portion, we did have the room to ourselves.   The black light experience was basically flipping a switch when we felt like it.  Which we did a few times, some of the paint reacted and gave a cool glow.  Tho, it wasn't really an experience, it was a feature.    Anyone that knows where the switch is can still enjoy it without paying for it.  The staff was nice.  I'll say that.   The place was clean.   The experience was short.   All of this, including us adding tape to spell out a word under the paint to be removed later (which they tell US to do at home 24 hours later) took less than 45 minutes.   A $100 date night I had assumed would be separate from others and in a more intimate setting.   That part was disappointing.    The interaction to make it fun and more enjoyable was limited and thus disappointing. For more intimacy I could have created our own environment with champagne, chocolate, strawberries, a paint area with paint and a much larger canvas, and a beautiful sitting area with a sunset for less than $50.  Now, that aside, the actual bonding, laughing, throwing paint at each other (Paint Fight!!!!), taking home a joint art piece that is unique, doing something that's not a normal date, and the overall memory of fun and her laughing and smiling, that was a really good time.
