I made an appointment at Ulta Salon for my aunt. She asked me to make an appointment with a Spanish-speaking person so they assign Ms. Elizabeth. Worst experience ever, not only that she didn't have any experience and didn't know how to do the job when she finished I went to pay and they charge $259 for a trim and few highlights for an extremely short hair. Totally a robbery without a weapon. Never again!!!!! What a big disappointment. Doris Rossi

My niece and I got our hair done at the salon and it was such a nice experience. Well definitely be back. Deena was so sweet and did a great job on my hair cut and gloss. Savannah also did amazing coloring/lightening my nieces hair and maintaining its health. Two great ladies and cant recommend them enough.

I went to this store on two seperate occasions for the exact same reason. First time it was late the day before a holiday, so no manager, and everyone was absolutely clueless about what I was asking for. Went in a second time, regular business non holiday hours. I literally asked every employee I could find, that would be 5 people en total, and again, not a single person had ANY product knowledge of ANY kind. They didn't even know they carried certain product lines (I found it myself by accident when looking for something else after being told they didn't carry any line of that product), had no idea where the rest of the products were for a display that obviously only had limited items on it. Surprise, they told me there was no permanent area for that product, just the display...spoiler, it had a HUGE permanent section. I love Ulta, I always get the greatest help at Ulta. But this store? No one cares to even know what products lines are even carried, let alone what you might need it for. Zero knowledge, zero effort, customer service fail. I'll drive a bit further and go to the one in Lake Worth, they actually care, know their products, and don't just stare at you like you have 3 heads when you ask for help or have a question. Only reason this store is alive is because of location.
