        My daughter and I have been to several brow bars over the years. Sam does a phenomenal job! We will be back! Everyone in the store was very attentive and never hesitated to help!

        I just left this location and I was highly disappointed. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, no one talked to me or offered to provide assistance. Even when I tried to get someones attention, I was just ignored. I saw others being helped and after a few moments, i noticed that none of them looked like me. Now, i hate to believe i was ignored cause im blackbut its hard not to read the writing on the wall. And i saw employees just standing around. After walking around a few times hoping to get help, I finally purchased the minimum necessary and left. I figured I might as well take my business somewhere else for the rest of my stuff. Even when I mentioned to the cashier how disappointed I was that no one provided me with any kind of assistance, she said NOTHING!! Wow, what a shame. I definitely wont be going back there.
