        Outstanding Service!!! From the first phone call I was impressed. Bought a Compact 3CX from Hendershot here in Stephenville and they refused to warranty the machine or return my calls for parts to service machine. I contacted South Star and they were amazing!!! Treated me with respect and listened to my concerns regarding my machine. Thoroughly evaluated and diagnosed the issues with my machine. The machine had electrical issues from day one when we purchased and Hendershot refused to fix and would not return my calls or messages. They sold me the machine with faulty electrical wiring and refused to address after many texts and calls. I felt because Im a female, Hendershot wanted nothing to do with me and refused to order my parts. Oscar at Southstar took care of me and treated me with respect! Been a heavy equipment operator for many years and Southstar JCB is hands down the best company Ive ever had dealings with. You cant go wrong with these guys!!! Definitely worth hauling my machine to them from Stephenville!!
