My spouse decided to try and use the services of this establishment for our new business cards and brochures. We are a newly established business and looked forward to getting some quality and prompt service from Alpha Graphics on Camp Bowie. We had already been burned with two other companies but my spouse truly believed Alpha Graphics were the real deal and that we would be satisfied. That ended up being far from true. Our order was initially placed in person on 3/26/24, here we are on 4/8/2024 and this process has been absolutely horrible! Not once in this ENTIRE time did we get a call from anyone. I have had to initial email communication and both me and my spouse have had to call them! We had been told multiple times that our order would be ready and we NEVER received a completed order an order we paid for in ADVANCE! They treated my husband very unprofessional and poorly when he had finally had enough! DO NOT TRUST this establishment for any of your business needs this entire process has truly put a strain on our new business and they acted like they were the victims in this situation! I finally got an email from the CEO today telling me the pictures of our completed order was attached and that she would deliver our order to us! There were no attachments and I am still waiting on my refund! So please save your time, money and sanity and stay AWAY from this very unprofessional place!!!
