UPDATE.. STILL LITTLE TO NO IMPROVEMENT... It happened again this morning! This is the third time now when I pick up my coffee from the drive-thru on my way to work and when I get to work to enjoy my coffee, it is only 2/3 of the way full. What the.. it is practically empty.. when I am paying for a venti. I order a venti or large because I enjoy my coffee in the mornings. When my cup is only 2/3 of the way full, I feel like I am being cheated because I am paying for a venti but only getting a grande or tall!! UPDATE: This seems to be a pattern here. Once again, I gave the benefit of the doubt and barely got half my venti cup full. I have to wait til I get to work to drink it, so before I did anything I took a picture. I placed it under the light so you can see the amount of coffee in the cup. Again... I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER: Once again, I gave the benefit of the doubt and barely got half my venti cup full. Starbucks OVER charges for their coffee to start with but to not get a full cup of coffee once again! ...with new employees even! I'M DONE!

THIS STARBUCKS IS THE BEST ONE IN THE WORLD. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY KIND AND VERY OPEN TO STARTING CONVERSATIONS AND HAVE MANY WAYS OF MAKING YOU SMILE. DONT STOP WHAT YALL ARE DOING ALL OF YALL WORK VERY HARD EVERY DAY!!

Staffs were not friendly at all. She let me waiting without notice and didnt call the name on the order.
