        I went inside to order 2 coffees. I got my first coffee in less than 2 minutes. I them proceeded to wait 20 more minutes for my 2nd coffee. I had to ask about it 3 times. The first and second one I watched them give it away for free to drivethru customers. The third one they finally handed to me and it was wrong, I gave up and walked out. The manager is great. But he's the only one that seems to be working. There were atleast 6 other batistas that were standing around talking, on their phones, looking off into lala land. And didn't think to ask me if I needed help and weren't in a hurry to help each time I asked. Horrible location.
