THERES A STORE MANAGER NAMED GARY, VERRRYYYY RUDE AND PETTY!!!! I lost an item and confirmed with another manager that they were at the store, she told me she wouldnt be there and to contact Gary, so I went in to ask gary if he seen my item. Gary very dismissive and didnt even looked, we got into a little dispute and he continuously gaslighted me saying that my item was never there even after I showed him the location on my phone of the missing item and continuously told him that they were confirmed to be at that location. Moral of the story I got my items back after a long argument

This is an odd F21... It's like a big white room without rhyme or reason to it. There aren't sections so it's confusing trying to find plus size for example.

This place is a mess lol. I came here on Tuesday and right off the bat i noticed there were tons of boxes just sitting on the floor. I'm sorry, am I at Family Dollar? I thought I was at Forever 21. Didn't hardly see any employees and when i did, they totally ignored me. Didn't so much as say good morning. There wasnt any signage to indicate where the mens/womens/plus size clothes were. Things were on racks and shelves at random. Half the store was just jackets and hoodies. Idk if yall noticed but the weather outside has been in the 100's everyday for weeks now, with no end in sight. I'm not joking, I saw a christmas sweater on a clearance rack. Y'all cant be bothered to carry season appropriate clothing? Guess I'm stickin to ASOS, not that I mind.

My daughter (16) loves this place. The clothes are affordable and cute. They have 30% off the WHOLE store right now and love the $5 section too!! You have to be willing to search in this section but you can definitely find some deals.
