First time ever at a chiropractor and it was a great experience. Staff was super nice and helpful. Dr. Hamilton was easy to talk with and he explained everything very will and answered all my questions.

Amazing service definitely recommend, Dr. Hamilton has saved my back a million times literally, he has helped me so much and Ive improved immensely. He makes you feel welcomed and comfortable, same as well for front desk love her. 10/10

Update: I was contacted a couple weeks ago directly by Dr. Hamilton which was much appreciated because reviews can help businesses grow and figure out what needs to be fixed and/ or how to resolve the issue so it doesnt happen again. He informed me of the policies they have to follow and informed me that if there is a dependent that is an adult/ someone that would like you to have access to their account that individual just needs to sign/ directly contact the office or himself so they do not violate any laws. I appreciated this information very much because my man enjoyed his adjustment and it has helped his sleep so much! He also informed me that his receptionist is very overloaded with how many patients he takes and everything that goes into making the day run as smooth as possible. My man has now been back to him twice and we resolved the issues with no hard feelings! If you are looking for a job honestly Dr. Hamilton is very respectful and a kind man to work for, I hope he finds someone soon!! With consistent training on the office side I understand that she just did not know how to explain to me the laws/ situations Dr.s have been put in and the steps we needed to take to fix the problem. Thank you so much for resolving our missed steps, I will be back very soon! Without adding her name, I would like to publicly apologize for the level of frustration I had on the phone, I am sorry and I hope you get some relief soon! . . . . . The chiropractor, Dr. Hamilton is absolutley amazing, however in order to have a successful practice you should be able to schedule with ease. My man works from 9am-10pm weekdays and has mandatory Fridays most weeks so does not have time to call and make his appointments. They informed me at our first appointment that we could have him as a dependant on my account so I can do them for him. I called earlier today and the receptionist said that she could not tell me if he has any appointments on his account because I was not him. I asked what was the point of having him as a dependant if I cannot see his appointments? She proceeded to tell me that it is only for their app that is not connected properly to their in house system so therefore I would have to contact the app help in order to get the issue fixed. I scheduled his appointment 2 weeks ago for this Friday with another receptionist, then when I asked when it was, I am denied the information? So I told her I would just make another appointment for him and she said okay..... tell me how that makes sense, I can make him an appointment but you cannot tell me if he already has one booked? Very disappointed with the overall experience with the app and glad i did not review right away when they sent me a bunch of reminders for it! if you have a conveniet schedule Dr. Hamilton is great.
