Kid to Kid Ft Worth

This location is horrible! Ive called at least 5 times and went up there twice to drop off clothes. Okay I get you are in a popular area. But it is a waste of gas and time every time I try to drop off my childs clothes and within 20 MINUTES you have already reached the max for the day! DURING WEEK DAYS! Either hire some more people to help out with the drop offs or get a better system. Burleson Kid to Kid takes drop offs all day long. This is sad.

If anyone needs more convincing about this store, just read the owners responses on other posts. Thatll give you a good idea about what you will be getting yourself into if you go here. If their grammar and professionalism is that poor when responding to customers, Its no surprise that their business is this bad. The employees are rude and unprofessional, they dont take your buys half the time because of every reason in the book. And their second hand items are overpriced. Just skip it and go somewhere more pleasant.

It was a wasted trip. Their site says they buy baby cribs. We went there today and were told they do not buy cribs. Please update your site. Update to your response. Per the photo it clearly does say you buy cribs. I am to busy to waste my time. If it wasn't there we would not had gone to your store.

Kid to kid on hulen is very unprofessional I called before coming in and I was told yes we are buying but when I get there oh we have alot of buys from yesterday well booboo kitty I called I did my part professionally I called to see if y'all are buying I was told yes we are buying if it was the older workers they are very communicative they will say yes we are buying But we have so many buys from yesterday that we don't know if we will get to yours these new workers say yes come on in when they dont know the circumstances no one is under and it ridiculous Arlington is the best so far hulen use to be the bomb I stayed in there but now it's sad then they prejudice I been in this store and a white woman came in and they took her before me in my face its sad and the man in there I think he's the owner he's very prejudice

I'm only giving one star because I have to but this location was awful. I was there early in the morning and took two trash bags full of clothes, toys, etc. I also had my child in her stroller and I'm doing this all by myself. I went up to the drop off counter and the lady had me start filling out the invoice but then she came around the table and noticed I had two trash bags and told me that they can't accept anything in trash bags that are ripped. I told her they ripped as I was coming into the building but she said because they are ripped that they can't take it. She then asked if I had a box, cart, bin to put it in... I told her that I did not. I also told her that I've been to other locations that provide a tote that you can use to sort out your items. And with an additude she said "well, each location is different so we can't do anything about that." I was not aware of this information and they didn't even offer to get me another trash bag or tote or anything. She immediately dismissed me to the side and started helping the next person in line while I was still standing there. I ended up carrying my torn bags back to my car. In all the situation was unpleasant and unprofessional. I will not go back to the location off of hulled street, if I do go back at all.
