I gave Zerorez a call on Wednesday to clean my carpet the following day after 1:00 PM. I explained to them that I needed the job done on either Thursday or Friday, as I had to leave town within two days. The company scheduled the job for Thursday, and I waited the entire day, but they didn't contact me until 4:00 PM to inform me that their truck had broken down and they had to reschedule. In my opinion, this is poor business conduct. The company should have communicated with me earlier if they couldn't make it on time so that I could have contacted another company to get the job done. I had already informed them that I needed to get the job done by Thursday or Friday so that I could run my errands on the day that I didn't have to stay at home. Unfortunately, their delay caused my entire day to go to waste. I am highly disappointed by their unprofessionalism as time is money and if you cannot keep your word, then you should not be in business! Therefore, I will rate them zero for their lack of reliability and efficiency.
