The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Fort Worth, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

My one star has nothing to do with my experience with the services provided.. Becky is amazing & does amazing work.
I have been coming to this studio for a year now. I come consistently every 2 weeks. I have never missed an appointment and I have never missed a payment for my membership.
Up until today I had absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience.
With that being said, I unfortunately tested positive for COVID over the holiday weekend. I had an appointment scheduled for the morning of 9/7 and have been bed ridden in recovery. I did NOT CONFIRM my appointment via email as I normally do & I did not receive a phone call to confirm as I normally would.
I was charged $79.99 for a “cancellation fee†that I was denied a refund for. $79.99 is more than what I pay for my lashes bi-weekly. Again, I have never missed an appointment and I have never missed a payment.
Now, here I am, sick writing a review stressed out because I was not only charged but charged way more than what I would’ve paid had I actually came to my appointment.
Is this how you treat your loyal customers?
I’m hoping this can be rectified because I genuinely love my lash tech and amazing lash studio all around, but this isn’t a good display of customer service and it reflects very poorly on your establishment. Service: Eyelash extensions
