I decided to get a membership with this business after getting a lash set. Lashes are supposed to last 2-3 weeks and mine wouldn't last hardly two weeks. I was in Tulsa for work and I went to another location to get a refill and after I washed my lashes the first time almost ALL of my lashes fell out. I tried to see if I could get an appointment to correct the issue and they would not squeeze me in before coming back home. When I tried to explain to the salon by where I live the situation, I had to fight tooth and nail for them to fix my lashes. They said even though it's a franchise, they don't back the work of other lash techs. If I can't go to other locations and get the same service, WHY get a membership?!!! Plus not to mention the price is borderline outrageous. I paid over 200 dollars for my first set(not including tip). Having an experienced tech is an up charge, having volume lashes is an up charge and then you have to buy the lash cleaner and brush etc all separately. I would not recommend.

EDIT: Makenzie reached out to me and set me an appointment to redo my lashes with Pat. They lol SO much better. In fact, they look how I expected them to look with the first visit. Not sure what went wrong with the first visit but I'm glad they were willing to make it right. STAY AWAY!!!! I needed to get lakes done before the weekend so I searched and found this place. I called and left a message but no one ever called me back so I decided to book online. There is a pop-up that said if you request a master tech, it's subjected to an additional charge. So instead of choosing abundance in particular from the drop down box, I just selected a service of full set and my preferred date and time. The only techs it gave me options for were master techs. I didn't realize that by choosing one from that screen would also result in an additional $30 charge. I was told at the beginning when i arrived to do my paperwork, that it would be $99 ($50 off the regular price of $149) as an introductory offer for new clients for a classic set. During the consultation portion, the tech said if I want file lashes, it would be an additional $60. I opted for the classic which is literally one to one lashes. When I checked out, I was charged $129 since I had a master tech do them. I tried to explain to the receptionist that during booking there wasn't any option for any other type of a tech and that I didn' choose her specifically, I just picked her from the list of available techs they gave me. Lesson learned. I got them done today and sadly, some are already falling off. They are WAY over-priced for mediocre looking lashes!!!! They give "discounts" if you sign up for a membership. But even those prices are higher than a lot of other places. Service: Eyelash extensions

I have been going to this location for the past 4 years and it used to be great service and well managed. Im not sure what is going on now but its not the same. I just got back from a full set appointment that took 2 hours and 35 min. And the technician still wasnt done! I had to tell her to stop the service. That is way too long for eyelashes especially when not one time did she ask if everything was ok. Or say one word. At the 2 hour and 35min. Mark I said what time is it?? Are you almost done? She said I just have to do the inner corners. I said dont worry about it! My eyes were so sore and red from her pressing on them the entire 2 hours and 35min. My body numb from laying there not being able to move. If its taking technicians that long they may need more training. I told the lady at the front desk that it took way too long. Her response you did have a 2 hour service I said My appointment was at 5:40 and it is now 8:15 and she still wasnt done who knows how long I would have been there if I hadnt told her to stop the service. The lady at the desk was not apologetic at All and didnt try to make things right. She just had a smirk on her face as she was checking me out. As I left she says have a nice day knowing very well how upset I was. On an occasion before that the tech arrived 45 min late to my appointment. Thats another review that i wont even get into. Im not sure whos managing or whats going on but it needs attention and that is the reason for this review. I dont want to see an Im sorry response to this review because you werent sorry at all at the time. $ 149 for eyelashes that are t even done that took 2 hours and 35 min.
