Today I went in for a consultation. The stylist listened about my allergies to hair products and seemed to understand the new hair style I wanted. First thing she did was cut my hair then applied a ton of products to it, and did a blow out. It was the same hairstyle I have been given at least 3 different times by 3 different stylists at this place. Second they ask how I like the style and even if there are subtle differences in the cut how would I know, with so much product in my hair? Apparently all stylists there only know how to cut one hair style even if they do call themselves Master Stylist. Not one to get aggressively mad so I paid and left a tip. Will not go back to this salon again. No one listens and then when they sense you are not happy want to "fix it."

If you're value conscious, this is not your new salon. There was a time when I happily spent $200+ for cut and color, but my needs are way simpler now. Once in the chair, the quote I was given was about 50% higher than the prices on the website--or what the person I made the appointment with told me over the phone--and over twice what I had been paying! Maybe the young stylist didn't understand what "pretty up the gray a little " means. Nice people, just not what I need now
