Really a great experience. Spoke with the branch manager concerning an issue with our daughter's accounts. He was so attentive and was able to help us figure out the issues she was having. We have been with this bank for close to 13 years and could not ever imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff is so welcoming each and every time we go. Thank You Comerica!!!

This is such a nice bank with an even nicer staff, especially Amanda. She goes above and beyond, shes very professional, very knowledgeable, just all over kind person. Shes one of the top reasons this bank will continue to have my business. Give her a raise !!

This bank was great until one of there best associates left. I have a business account and personal accounts with them. I was promised no overdraft fees on the business account which rang true for a while. Recently my business account was overdrafted due to fraudulent charges. I called the branch for help on three separate occasions and each time I was told they would call me back and never did. Customer support would not help as they said I needed to get in touch with the branch for overdraft refunds. Im in seriously bad health and not able to go to the branch. Now Ive been notified that my business account has been shutdown and is now reflecting on my business credit. This is just bad business. One of least busy branches and they are too busy to offer any support, lol. Oh and forget about trying to get money from the ATM for an emergency late night or early morning because they take the cash out and don't restock until the next morning when they decide to show up for work especially on Saturdays. Do not do business with this bank.
