        One of the ladies at the front was rude and no help (lazy) all she knew to say was "go online". and her tone was rude. I went to the chase down the street on Bailey They greeted me friendly unlike this location and I left with papers to read and knowledge that wasn't gate kept. Teach your staff to HELP assist and to not be bossy . I came because I needed understanding that I couldn't figure out on my own. Hire nicer staff.

        Fix the door to use the indoor ATM. The line is so long at the outside ATM.

        Chase should probably fix the after hours atm door access. Youre supposed to swipe a card to gain access inside and its been broken for months. Very inconvenient
