I have business account they were very helpful and informative. The account is free with some limitations on cash deposits. The merchant services are more expensive compared to free version of square and other options the card reader's are also much more expensive compared to the free reader's from square and the tap/chip readers from square. I haven't tried to get a loan but from my discussions with them you need to have excelent personal credit. I would give 5 if the few negative points are improved.

I opened a new checking account and the staff was extremely helpful. Took their time and explained everything I would need to know in order to do business with them now and into the future. Not a lot of fluff information, just very informative and helpful. Good customer service is a pet peeve of mine so this resonates deeply with me!!
